ÎNGRÉDÎÉNTS (1 cup=250 ml)
- 1 cup whôle wheât flôur
- 3/4 cup fine semôlinâ/sôôji/râvâ
- 1/2 cup tutti frutti
- 4 tâblespôôns sugâr
- 100 grâms sôft butter
- 1 teâspôôn rôse essence
- 1/2 teâspôôn cârdâmôm pôwder
- 3 tâblespôôns milk
- Preheât ôven ât 170C. Tâke sôft butter ând sugâr in â mixing bôwl. Creâm well until the mixture turns light ând fluffy.
- Add wheât flôur, râvâ, bâking pôwder ând mix well.
